Three Swords Fencing Club Open Practice
Open practice is for anyone who wants more time to fence or wants to focus on gaining skill to become competitive and participate in competitions. At this level, participants are encouraged to become members of the USFA, as membership is required to compete in all USFA competitions. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a group of fencers with the same interests and goals in mind.

What's Included:
• Group warm up
Footwork drills to improve technique, speed, and coordination
Blade drills to improve technique, parries, attacks, and master point control
Tactical training and discussions on how to improve the mental game

• Use of club electric scoring gear
• Advice on strength and endurance training for fencing

Club Fencer
This level is for those who know they'll be fencing more than once a week. Usually at this level fencers are trying to stay sharp for competitions and are interested in improving at a faster pace.

Recreational Fencer
This level is for fencers who want to participate in a group lesson/practice once a week. Competitions are generally not a goal at this level. If recreational fencers want to participate more than once a week they are invited to add extra days at the drop-in rate. USFA membership and participation in competitions are still encouraged.

Drop-in Fencer – $10/Day or by punch card
Drop-in punch cards will be available for purchase at the club or online (available for pick-up at your next practice). Here's how it works; buy your punch card ($35 for four practices or $70 for eight), come to any of the scheduled practices, and have one of the coaches mark your card when you come. And if you forget it or lose it don't worry, we're keeping track too.
